Introduction:

I have grouped the images from Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories into this one page labeled Hong Kong.

I did not visit the Mass Transit Railway Corporation (MTRC) expansions to the west. That lot will be for another visit. I found the area to be incredibly busy regarding passenger and transit operations. Hong Kong and Kowloon in comparison to New York City are extremely clean and the combined railway activity of the MTRC and the Canton-Kowloon Railway (KCRC) are staggering.

The Kowloon-Canton line running from Kowloon to Lo Wu (connection to the Guangshen Railway) has running headways as short as 2 minutes. When a gap is known, by reading the station LED train information signs, most likely a long distance passenger train or a local freight train is coming through. I do not know, but perhaps this is now the busiest two-tracked combined traffic (suburban, inter-city, and freight) railway line in the world?

I have quite a few images to show and therefore I will add the images over time.
