West end of locomotive ready tracks.

To the right (north) is the long repair shed. Now used for wagon repairs and modifications.

Note that this yard was previously home for the suburban E.M.U. train sets, and this is why the shed is long.

During the mid 1980's, I would often photograph the blue 19D #2749 performing the shop shunting work at this same location.
